Australian pop star Tones and I performed the pre-game entertainment at the FIFA Women\u2019s World Cup final to mixed reviews.<\/p>\n

England were taking on Spain<\/a> in Sydney on Sunday night with both teams aiming to win their first women\u2019s World Cup trophy.<\/p>\n

Tones and I has been involved in the World Cup campaign, writing a new song called \u201cThe Greatest\u201d that was adopted as the Matildas\u2019 unofficial anthem.<\/p>\n

She had the honour of performing at Sydney\u2019s Stadium Australia, introducing herself to a huge global audience.<\/p>\n

Tones and I performed a number of her hit songs including I Am Free<\/i>, I Made It<\/i>, Fly Away<\/i>, and Dance Monkey<\/i>. <\/p>\n

The former Byron Bay busker acknowledged how far she has come to be performing on one of the world\u2019s biggest stages.<\/p>\n

\u201cFour years ago today I lived in my car and played music in the street and I am so proud to be here tonight,\u201d she said between songs.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n
